THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON 24.06.2026, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:
“i. Issue a Writ of Certiorari and quash Exhibit P3 order issued by the 1st Respondent, after calling for the records leading to the issuance of the same.
ii. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent to consider the Exhibit P2 application and dispose of the same within a time frame.
iii. To dispense with the production of the English translation of Exhibits which are in vernacular language
and;
iv. To grant such other reliefs as this Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”[SIC]
