1. A Telugu feature film titled "1 - Nenokkadine" is the fulcrum of lis between adversaries herein and the same shall hereinafter be referred to as "said movie" for the sake of convenience and clarity. Another Telugu feature film titled "Dookudu" also has a role in the transaction between the parties herein and therefore, the same shall be referred to as "another movie" for the sake of convenience and clarity. A Film Distribution Agreement dated 20.12.2013 {Ex.C3 before Arbitral Tribunal} (hereinafter referred to as "said agreement") is the nucleus around which lis revolves and therefore, said agreement can be described as epicentre of this case. As a sequel to some of the rights and obligations of the parties under said agreement, another "agreement dated 17.10.2015" {Ex.C15 before Arbitral Tribunal} pertaining to another movie was entered into and this shall hereinafter be referred to as "another agreement" for the sake of convenience and clarity.
2. There is no disputation or disagreement before me that there is an arbitration agreement being arbitration agreement within the meaning of S.2(1)(b) read with S.7 of " The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Act 26 of 1996)" {her
