COMMON JUDGMENT
It is a case, where the writ petitioners, who have acquired their degree through correspondence and open universities scheme without undergoing formal education of 10+2+3, were denied of further promotion in view of the Government Orders passed consequent to judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Annamalai University vs. Secretary to Government [ (2009) 4 SCC 590 ]
