04.11.2025 [1] Advertisement No. 01/2022 dated 07.12.2022 issued by ‘Manipur Public Service Commission’ (‘MPSC’ for the sake of brevity) is the genesis of the captioned matters and this Advertisement shall be referred to as ‘said Advertisement’ for the sake of convenience and clarity.
