1. The present Revision Petition has been filed under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 (for short “the Act”) by Rajasthan Housing Board and Others (hereinafter referred to as Petitioners/Opposite Parties) against Smt. Jayanti Burman (hereinafter referred to as Respondent/Complainant), assailing the Judgment and Order dated 24.06.2020 passed by the learned Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Jaipur (hereinafter referred to as the State Commission) in F.A No. 18/2020, wherein the learned State Commission dismissed an appeal filed by the Petitioners herein and upheld the judgment and order dated 10.10.2019 passed by the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Jaipur-III (hereinafter to referred as the District Forum) in CC/1130/2012.
2. Brief facts of the case are that the Petitioners/Opposite parties invited applications for housing under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) category as part of the Gandhi Kuteer Yojna Scheme, running from 04.02.2004 to 28.02.2004.
