1. The Company Petition has been filed on 21.04.2025 with following prayers;
a) To allow this impleading application and to allow the Applicant to be arrayed as Respondent No.2 to the Petition in C.P.No.92/BB/2024 and consequently provide the Applicant herein to contest the Petition on merits.
b) To allow the Applicant herein to file statement of Objections to the main Petition and contest the main Petition on merits as Respondent No.2;
c) Pass such other order or orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the instant case.
