Pursuant to earlier orders Mr. Anil Kumar, Director, Mass Education is present in the Court.

2. The appellants have assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 27.07.2022 passed in CWJC No. 11447 of 2018. The State has evolved a scheme for providing upliftment of students of minor community of age between 6 years to 10 years known as Talimi Markaz. In the guise of implementation of the scheme there is provision for appointment of one teacher at the Markaz (elementary school) for 20 to 40 children and two teachers for 40 to 100 children and three teachers for 100 above children.
