[1] These are my grounds of judgment with respect to the Plaintiff's suit against the Defendant for the return of balance of monies, which the Plaintiff says he had invested with the Defendant, and the profit return guaranteed by the Defendant on the investment.
[2] The Plaintiff is a citizen of the Republic of Ireland who lives and works in Malaysia. He is a director and majority shareholder of Vast Consortium Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian incorporated property development company. The Defendant is a Malaysian businessman who says that
