Introduction
[1] The Applicant filed an application for leave to commence judicial review proceeding (Encl 1) under O 53 of the Rules of 2012 (ROC) seeking inter alia the following orders:
[1.1] That Leave is given to the abovenamed Applicant to apply for a Certiorari Order to be produced and to set aside or revoke the Sealed Order in the case of the summons of the Director General of Labour No KBR/11401/2020/1037 dated 2 November 2020;
[1.2] That extension of time is given to the abovenamed Applicant to apply for a Certiorari Order to be produced and to set aside or revoke the Sealed Order in the case of the summons of the Director General of Labour No KBR/1
