[1] The 2nd defendant, Chai Say Fah ("the appellant") appealed against the decision of the High Court dismissing the appellant's application vide summons in chambers encl 14 ("encl 14") to set aside the orders made on 15 January 2003, 13 January 2003 and 21 March 2003.
