[1] This is an appeal against a part of the decision of the High Court delivered on the 26 February 2015 in which the learned Judge dismissed the Plaintiff's claim against the 1st Defendant for a sum of RM 1 million on a cheque ("the cheque") that was dishonoured upon presentment.
[2] For ease of reference, parties will be referred to as they were in proceedings before the High Court.
