[10] The prosecution called 8 witnesses in order to establish a prima facie case against the 4 accused pursuant to s 180 of the Criminal Procedure Code (the "CPC"). The 8 witnesses are as follows:
PW1, L/Corp 113825, Roslan Bin Zainal, the police officer who took down the first information report concerning the alleged attack on the deceased by a group of male Indians.
PW2, Thirumanan s/o Sagatawan, the son of the deceased, who witnessed the attack by the 4 accused and a few other male Indians still at large, on the deceased.
PW3, L/Corp 92817 Nazri Bin Zainal Abidin, the police photographer who was instructed to take photographs of the scene of the alleged crime committed by the 4 accused and a few other male Indians still at large.
PW4, Dr Khairul Azman Bin Ibrahim, the government consultant pathologist who performed
