Pendahuluan
[1] Kes ini melibatkan 3 rayuan ke atas keputusan Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen (HMS). Rayuan pertama (KA-42ES-1-06/2024) dan rayuan kedua (KA-42ES-2-06/2024) adalah oleh Mohd Sharwandy bin Sollahuddin (Perayu) ke atas sabitan dan hukuman. Manakala rayuan ketiga (KA-42ES-3-06/2024) adalah rayuan oleh Pendakwa Raya (PR) ke atas hukuman.
[2] Di Mahkamah Sesyen, Perayu telah dituduh dan dibicarakan bagi 3 pertuduhan di bawah s 68(2)(a) Akta Pemuliharaan Hidupan Liar 2010 [Akta 716] iaitu kesalahan menyimpan hidupan liar yang dilindungi sepenuh
