Introduction
[1] These are applications by the First to Fifth Defendants (encl 6) and the Sixth Defendant (encl 25) to strike out the Plaintiff's Writ and Statement of Claim pursuant to O 18 r 19(1)(a), (b), (c), and (d) of the Rules of Court 2012.
[2] Having considered the parties' submissions, both written and oral, I am satisfied that the claims made by the Plaintiff are barred by the doctrine of res judicata and constitute an abuse of process.
