JUDGMENT :

Writ Petition No. 607 of 1992

1. On the application of Mr. K.K. Venugopal, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, prayer (i) of the writ petition is directed to be deleted.

2. Issue Rule in terms of the remaining prayers returnable on 22nd September, 1992. Issue notice on the application for interim relief as well, returnable on 22nd September, 1992.

3. Issue notice to Union of India. Liberty to serve the Central Agency.

4. Notice is also directed to be issued to Medical Council of India.

5. Liberty to serve dasti in addition to normal course. Liberty to serve the notice on the Standing Counsel for the State of Andhra Pradesh.
