ORDER
After this Court delivered the judgment on 7-10-1994, which is now reported in Supreme Court Legal Aid Committee v. Union of India, notices were issued to ten State Government calling for information in a pro forma appended at the foot of the judgment/order. The information which has been supplied has been found in some cases to be incomplete and defective. But it is not necessary to detain ourselves any further because that also affects the undertrials in those States. We, therefore, direct that the decision of this Court in the aforesaid matter (Supreme Court Legal Aid Committee v. States, namely, States of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Kerala, Karnataka, Gujarat, Orissa, Bihar, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. With the said observations we dispose of this petition finally.
