ORDER
1. Mr. Kapil Sibal, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that his client has no objection to this Bench hearing the instant petitions.
2. We have heard Mr. Kapil Sibal, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Ms. Aparna Bhat, learned advocate for the petitioner.
3. Mr. Sibal has invited our attention to the contents of F.I.R. No. 11191011220087 dated 25.06.2022 registered with DCB Police Station Ahmedabad.
4. It is submitted that the allegations in the F.I.R. are nothing but recitation of the proceedings which had culminated in the judgment of this Court and beyond such recitation nothing specific has been alleged against the petitioner.
5. It is further submitted that the petitioner was taken in custody on 25.06.2022 and since then has been in custody.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on record, issue notice, returnable on 25.08.2022.
7. Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
8. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to serve the learned standing counsel for the State.
