ORDER

1. As per Office Report dated 19.05.2022, the State of Andhra Pradesh has deposited a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/- towards costs, as imposed by this Court.

2. Let the above amount be transferred to the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee [MCPC] forthwith.

3. Office Report further indicates that the State of Telangana has not deposited the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/- so far.

4. Ms. Akanksha Mehra, learned counsel appearing for the State of Telangana, has submitted that the amount shall be deposited within two weeks from today. Let the needful be done within two weeks from today, failing which the matter shall be viewed very seriously.

5. On such deposit, the Registry is directed to transfer the said amount to the Mediation and Conciliation Project Committee [MCPC].

6. With the above directions, the misc. applications stand disposed of.
