ORDER :
1. Heard learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner – State of Andhra Pradesh and perused the material placed on record.
2. Application seeking exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned order is allowed.
3. Issue notice, returnable on 08-12-2023.
4. The instructing counsel of Mr. Siddharth Aggarwal, learned Senior counsel appearing for the respondent accepts notice. Hence, formal notice on behalf of the said respondent is dispensed with.
5. However, it is directed that all the conditions mentioned in the order dated 3-11-2022 passed by the High Court in I.A. No. 4/2023 in CRLP No.7951/2023 shall continue, except the condition of organizing or participating in the public rallies and meetings, till the next dare of hearing.
