1. This is an application seeking exemption from filing certified copies of the annexures.
2. Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions.

This is an application under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 (in short "CPC") filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking direction to the learned Trial Court to dispose of the application under Order XXII Rule 4 of CPC. Ms. Shalini Kapoor, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners/applicants submits that the learned Trial Court has, despite the order passed by this Court on 18.12.2020, yet not decided the application under Order XXII Rule 4 of CPC as filed by the applicants/petitioners.
5. Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that more than 2 years have passed and the said application has not yet been disposed of.
6. The respondents have been served with advance notice of the application. However, no one has entered appearance on behalf of respondents.
