JUDGMENT

Dr. K. Manmadha Rao, J. - This petition is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to enlarge the petitioner/a1 on bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No.89 of 2017 of Nandyal I Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 406, 420 r/w 34 I.P.C and Section 5 of aP Protection of Depositors & Finance Establishment act.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case and there are no specific overt acts attributed against the petitioner except omnibus allegations. Hence, he would pray for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned additional Public Prosecutor opposed the criminal petition.

5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is observed that the crime is pending since 2017, so far the respondents are not arrested the petitioner till date and moreover the petitioner herself approached this Court for anticipatory bail.
