ORDER :

Writ Petition No. 18285 of 2021 is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India

“to issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus (a) declaring the action of the respondents in stalling the promotion orders of the petitioners to the post of Librarian Grade-I in abeyance vide proceedings dated 01.06.2021 as illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 15 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioners to the posts of Librarian Grade-I with all consequential benefits from 07.05.2021 (b) to declare the clarification Memo No. ESE01-LIBRODPL/59/2019-SER-I, dated 13.08.2021 which was issued by the respondents contrary to the well-established settled principles of law as arbitrary and unjust and further set aside the Memo No.ESE01-LIBRODPL/59/2019-SER-I, dated 13.08.2021 and to pass such other and further orders”.
