Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the respondents.

The petitioners have filed the present contempt petitions alleging that the respondents have willfully violated the common order dated 24.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.13928 and 13929 of 2025. It is the specific case of the petitioners that the respondents have violated the orders of this Court and that the undertaking given by the learned Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh with regard to the status of the post mortem for the dead bodies and the next formality of handing over the dead bodies to the relatives of the deceased for performing funeral rites.
3. This Court recorded the statements of the learned Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh and disposed of the writ petition without going into the merits of the matter with respect to the objections raised by the learned Advocate General for the State of Chhattisgarh and the learned Advocate General for the State of Andhra Pradesh.
