In this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"i Call for entire records pertain to S.C.No.113/2024 pending on the file of the Prl. District and Sessions Judge Court at Bangalore Rural.
ii. Quash the entire criminal proceedings pending in S.C.No.113/2024 against the petitioners registered by the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under section 498(A), 306 of IPC , pending on the file of the Prl. District and Sessions Judge Court at Bangalore Rural as abuse of process of law.
iii. Pass appropriate order deems fit to the circumstances of the case on hand and to meet the interest of justice.
2. Though respondent No.2 is served, she has remained unrepresented.
