ORDER :
1. In this petition, the petitioners seek the following reliefs:
i) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to approve the admission of the petitioner students 2 and 3 for 2nd year B-Pharma Course;
ii) Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to accept the examination fee and issue hall ticket and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner students 2 and 3 to take up the 3rd semester B-Pharma Course scheduled to commence from 25.04.2025 vide Annexure-F.
iii) Issue any writ or order as deemed fit by this Hon’ble Court in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
