JUDGMENT :

Ms. Olivis S. Nadar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that Writ Petition No.2832 of 2021 was segregated from this batch of writ petitions on account of circulation granted.

2. Tag Writ Petition No.2832 of 2021 alongwith Writ Petition No.2760 of 2021 and batch of writ petitions. Ms. Olivis S. Nadar, the learned counsel for the respondent tenders a copy of the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 13th August 202 passed in SLP (C) Nos. 9375 of 2017 and 9376 of 2017 titled “Haridas K. v Union of India and Ors.” and the connected SLPs. Mr. Suresh Kumar, the learned counsel appears for the petitioner in Writ Petition Nos. 7685 of 2021 and 7688 of 2021.

3. In other matters, Union of India is not represented through its learned counsels.

4. Post the matters on 26th November 2025 alongwith Writ Petition No.2832 of 2021, to be shown high on Board.
