1. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith and, with the consent of the learned Counsel for the parties, heard finally.
2. By this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioners-original Defendant Nos. 1 and 2, take exception to a judgment and order dated 3rd April 2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Pune in MCA No. 101 of 2024, whereby the said Appeal preferred by the Petitioners against an order dated 22nd April 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge,
