RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard finally with consent of the learned counsel for the parties.
2. By this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.06.2025, passed by the respondent no.2-Additional Collector, Nagpur and the motion of no confidence dated 16.01.2025, passed against him and the resultant order dated 30.06.2025, passed by
