JUDGMENT :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through video conference. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that all defects pointed out by the stamp reporter shall be removed, and compliance with the conditions of the notices of this Court with regard to acceptance of e-filing shall be made, without delay immediately upon resumption of normal physical functioning of the Court, and in any event within one month thereof.

2. The following reliefs as formulated by the petitioner have been claimed in the writ petition –

“(I) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) in the nature of Certiorari for quashing and setting aside Licence Cancellation Order dated 24.04.2020 (contained in Annexure-P/4) passed vide Letter No.150/R, Tekari passed by Sub-Divisional Officer (S.D.O.), Tekari, Gaya by which the P.D.S. Shop License bearing Licence No. 57/2016 of the petitioner has been terminated without issuance of any show cause or opportunity of hearing on the ground that the said order has been passed in complete disregard and ignorance of the Principles of Natural Justice (Audi Altrem Partem) and Article 14 of the Constitution of
