Chakradhari Sharan Singh, J.—This appeal has been preferred by the appellants under Section 374(2) of the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C. in short) assailing a judgment of conviction dated 12.12.2019 and an order of sentence dated 18.12.2019, passed by learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Saharsa, in POCSO Case No. 21/2017, arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2017, whereby the appellants have been convicted and sentenced as under:—
