P. B. Bajanthri, J.—Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:—
“(i) Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 09.05.2017 passed by the Appellate Authority-cum-Member, Board of Revenue, Bihar, Patna, by which the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of punishment contained in Memo No. 7350 dated 24.05.2016 passed by the disciplinary authority, by which the punishment of dismissal from service has been inflicted upon the petitioner has been rejected;
(ii) Issuance of direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 24.05.2016 bearing Memo No. 7350 issued by the concerned authorities under the General Administration Department of the State Government, by which the punishment of dismissal from service has been inflicted upon the petitioner in terms of the provisions contained under rule 14 (xi) of the Bihar Government Servants (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 2005;
(iii) Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned resp
