Heard the parties.
2. This application has been preferred for the:-
(i) quash the order bearing Memo No. 2223 dated 24.08.2017 passed by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, Patna (henceforth for short, ‘the Commission’) whereby and where under the objection filed by the petitioner that she belongs to Backward Class Annexure II (Non Creamy Layer) has been rejected and she has been treated as general category candidate on the ground that she did not submitted the non Creamy layer certificate with caste certificate, with regard to belonging to Backward Class Annexure II Non Creamy Layer at the time of counseling;
(ii) to quash the entire revised result issued under Memo No. 40321 dated 29.12.2017 (uploaded on website of ‘the Commission’ http://bssc.bih.nic.in) since the name of petitioner having Roll No. 215092
