JUDGMENT :

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Spl.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner is a juvenile in conflict with law and the instant revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Juvenile Appeal No. 07 of 2025 arising out of Khutauna P.S. Case No. 19 of 2024 registered under Section 399 , 402, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, Children Court, Madhubani whereby and whereunder the learned Appellate Court rejected the appeal of the petitioner and the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.
