1. Since common question of law and facts are involved in the bunch of these 1188 writ petitions, they are heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common order. WP(S) No. 11009/2025 Smt. Abha Namdeo vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others is being treated as lead case.
Prayers sought by the petitioners:
2. The petitioners have filed these petitions claiming grant of benefits of 1st and 2nd kramonnati on completion of 10 years service in light of order passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in case of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others in Writ Appeal No. 261/2023 decided on 28.02.2024. The petitioners have also prayed for grant of consequential benefits to them from the date of completion of 10 years of service till the actual payment is made towards benefit of kramonnati. The petitioners have also prayed that this Court be pleased to pass an order holding that their cases are squarely covered from the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in case of Smt. Sona Sahu vs. State of Chhattisgarh & others in Writ Appeal No. 261/2023 decided on 28.02.2024. It has also been prayed that denial of kramonnati is discriminati
