JUDGMENT

Prathiba M. Singh, J. (Oral)

1. This hearing has been done through hybrid mode.

2. The present set of petitions have been filed by the Petitioners seeking de-sealing of their properties which were sealed by the Department of Excise, GNCTD due to non-payment of licence fees by their Lessee/Tenant, Respondent No.3- Popular Spirits LLP. The Petitioners further seek directions to the Respondents to dispose of the stocks lying in their properties as also vacant and peaceful possession of their properties.
