1. Vide the present petition, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs:
"a.) Quash and set aside the Impugned order dated 16/12/2022 declaring as unjust, arbitrary, discriminatory and against the judicial pronouncements on the subject;
b.) Direct Respondents the competent authority to Re-Consider the claim of the petitioner sympathetically and on humanitarian grounds under Rule-41 of CCS(Pension) Rules for grant compassionate allowances i.e. pension and gratuity wef from the date of his Dismissal from service i.e. 23/08/2003 in view of the Judicial pronouncements on the subject and the petitioner may be entitled for his pension and gratuity with arrears;
c.) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other writ/directions/orders as may be deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case;
d.) Award cost."
