JUDGMENT (Oral)

1. Vide this petition, petitioner is seeking directions to respondent No.2 to take necessary steps to release the pension as well as other applicable benefits to the petitioner.

2. It is not in dispute that petitioner was dismissed from service vide order dated 23.12.1983. Being aggrieved, petitioner filed a revision petition which was dismissed vide order dated 03.12.1986. Thereafter, petitioner again being aggrieved filed a review petition before the competent authority and the same was also dismissed vide order dated 03.07.1987. Thereafter, petitioner continued to file representations here and there, however, the same were filed without any statutory provisions. Now, the petitioner has filed present petition for the said relief(s).

3. In view of above, this petition is hit by delay and laches.

4. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed.

5. Pending application also stands dismissed.
