3. This is an application under Section 29A(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, for extending the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal, in seisin of the dispute between the parties by six months with effect from 2nd October, 2021.

4. Learned Counsel for the respondents has no objection.

5. Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitral Tribunal stands extended by six months with effect from 2nd October, 2021. The petition stands allowed accordingly.
