Present petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents, DG CISF, New Delhi to post the petitioner at any CISF units of South Sector or within South Eastern Sector or Central Sector in terms of circular dated 25.09.2017. The petitioner further seeks direction to quash and set aside the orders dated 28.03.2022, 02.04.2022, 16.04.2022 and movement order dated 07.09.2022 wherein he has been transferred from the present unit of IGI Airport New Delhi to 9th Reserve Battallion, Deoli, Rajasthan and to direct respondent no.1 to pass a speaking order against the representation dated 31.07.2022.
4. For the aforesaid relief, the petitioner made a representation dated 31.07.2022, however, till
