1. The application is allowed, with a direction to the applicant to file requisite legible copies of documents and annexures within four weeks.

3. The petitioner in his present petition has made following prayers:
a) To direct the respondents, DG CISF, New Delhi, to retain the petitioner at any CISF units of North Sector only at his fourth service tenure in terms of circular dated 25.09.2017.
b) To quash the orders, qua petitioner dated 24.03.2023, and consequential order dated 14.04.2023 wherein petitioner has been transferred from the present unit of IGI Airport New Delhi to ONGC DAHEJ, Gujarat or in the alternative.
c) To direct the respondents to defer the posting of the petitioner for at least a period of one year.
d) To direct the respondents to pay cost of this litigation to the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua the relief sought in the present petition, the petitioner made a presentation dated 30.03.2023. However, till date there is no communication from the other side.
