ORDER :
1. The Registry is directed to book-mark the digital copy of the Trial Court Record received in accordance with the rules of the High Court.
2. Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties are in settlement talks and that the matter may be referred to mediation.
3. In view of the above, let the Petitioners along with their Authorised Representatives and the concerned official of the Respondent who is in a position to take decisions appear, either physically or virtually, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 03.04.2025 at 4:00 PM.
3.1 The Secretary, Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, is requested to appoint a Senior Mediator in the matter.
4. In the event that the parties are unable to settle the matter before the next date of hearing, the matter will proceed for final hearing. In such event, the parties shall file their respective written synopsis, not exceeding three pages each, at least three days before the next date of hearing, along with the compilation of judgments, if any, they wish to rely upon.
