FACTUAL MATRIX
1. The Petitioner joined the services of the Respondent, Central Electronics Limited (CEL), on 10th December, 1993 as a Senior Technical Assistant. Over the course of service, he moved through various roles and was promoted as Senior Manager (Public Relations) with effect from 1st January, 2011.
2. The record indicates that the Petitioner faced disciplinary proceedings on earlier occasions. In 2012, a suspension, charge-sheet and show cause notice were issued alleging serious misconduct.
