Bagewadi, Member—The Appellant/Opposite Party No.1 being aggrieved by the order dated 18-1-2020, 10-01-2020 and 10-12-2019 passed by the District Consumer Commission, Gadag in Complaint Nos.2/2019, 22/2019, 24/2019, 25/2019, 60/2019, 29/2019, 30/2019, 31/2019, 32/2019, 33/2019, 39/2019, 40/2019, 41/2019, 42/2019, 43/2019 and 44/2019 respectively.
2. The Appellant/Opposite Party No.1 are the same in all these Appeals and the facts involved in these Appeals are one and the same. Hence, these Appeals are taken up together and are being disposed of by a common order.
3. The brief facts of the complaints are that the complainants have sowed the Bengalgram, Sunflower, Maize and Jowar crops in 2016-17 in their respective lands at Naregal and Magadi villages and insured their crops with the Agricultural Insurance Company by paying insurance premium amount through Nodal Banks in the year 2016-17 under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY).
