JUDGMENT :

1. By this writ-application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the writ-applicants have prayed for the following reliefs:

"(A) be pleased to issue a writ of certiorari or a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing and setting aside the order dated 17.3.2016 passed by respondent no.1 at Annexure-A to the petition and also ordered the application at Exh. 5 in Lavad Case No. 104 of 2015 at Annexure-P to the petition be allowed;

(AA) Your Lordship will be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate order or direction quashing and setting aside the Development Plan dated 01/06/2016 and the BU Permission dated 06/06/2016 at Annexure-Y to the petition issued by the respondent no. 3.

(B) Pending admission and final disposal of this petition, Your Lordships will be pleased to restrain respondent no. 2 for utilizing the plot/bungalow no. 40 of petitioner no. 1 society or part thereof for any other purpose than residential purpose;

(BB) Your Lordships will be pleased to restrain the respondent no. 2 from utilizing the premises on Plot No. 40 or any part thereof for any other purpose than t
