1. Heard learned advocate Mr. R.C. Jani for the petitioner, learned advocate Mr. V.K. Anandjiwala for the respondent No. 2 and learned APP for the respondents-State.
2. Considering the issue involved in the present application and with consent of the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties as well as considering the fact that the dispute amongst the petitioner and respondent - original complainant has been resolved amicably, this matter is taken up for final disposal forthwith.
3. By way of this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as “the Code”) the petitioner has prayed for quashing and setting aside FIR being I - C.R. No. 40 of 2015 registered with Sola Police Station, Dist. Ahmedabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120(B), 114 of the IPC as well as all other consequential proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR qua the petitioner herein.
