Heard Mr. S. Hoque, learned counsel for the petitioner in WP(C).No.6213/2024 and Mr. K. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner in WP(C)/4903/2024 and respondent no.5 in WP(C)/6213/ 2024.
