ORDER :
This Bail Application is filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS ).
2. Petitioner is an accused in Crime No.400/2025 of Sasthamcotta Police station, Kollam. The offences alleged against the petitioner are underSections 20(b)(ii)(A), 22(b) and 8(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS Act), 1985.
3. The prosecution case is that, the petitioner was found in possession of 0.76 grams of MDMA and 4.80 Kilograms of ganga. Hence, it is alleged that the accused committed the offence.
4. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor.
5. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner is in custody from 25.02.2025. Petitioner is ready to abide by any conditions, if this Court grants him bail.
6. Public Prosecutor opposed the bail application. He submitted that, the petitioner is involved in yet another case with same set of allegation.
7. This Court considered the contentions of the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor. Petitioner earlier filed a bail application before this Court as B.A No.4161/2025. This Court was not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. At that stage, the counsel for the petitioner sought
