This original petition is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff for setting aside the order dated 01.07.2025 passed in I.A.No.3/2025 in CMA No.19/2025 by the District Court, Pathanamthitta and the order dated 10.04.2025 passed in I.A.No.2/2024 in O.S.No.111/2024 on the files of Munsiff Court, Ranni.
