JUDGMENT
Vinit Kumar Mathur, J. - The case comes up on an application seeking modification/correction of the order dated 19.10.2022 passed by this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15753/2022.
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after passing the order dated 19.10.2022, the name of the petitioner society has been changed, therefore, he prays that the name of the petitioner may be modified in the order dated 19.10.2022.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The name of the petitioner in the order dated 19.10.2022 be now read as under :-
"Saraswati Para Medical College, Kotputli District Jaipur Run By Dev Society for Advance Education And Research, Jaipur; Through its Secretary Kamli Devi W/o Umrav Singh Gurjar, Ward No.2, Jodi Ke Pass, Sevara, Teori, Jaipur."
