JUDGMENT

Kuldeep Mathur, J. - This application for bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner who has been arrested in connection with F.I.R. No.183/2022, registered at Police Station Shastri Nagar, Jodhpur, for the offences punishable under Sections 221, 222, 223, 224, 225, 166A & 120-B IPC.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused Ramkishore (CRLMB No.10246/2022), Radhey Shyam (CRLMB No.9703/2022), Narendra Kumar (CRLMB No.10994/2022), Sukhveer Singh (CRLMB No.10957/2022) have already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 17.08.2022 and 23.08.2022 respectively and the case of present petitioner is not distinguishable to those of the co-accused. The petitioner is in judicial custody and trial of the case will take sufficiently long time, therefore, the benefit of bail should be granted to the accused-petitioner.
